    • Part of a team that obtained a defense verdict after a 6 day jury trial in Federal Court in Dallas on behalf of a manufacturer of child safety products, in a case in which a child consumed a household drain cleaner and suffered severe injuries. 2013

    • Obtained Summary Judgment that restrictive covenant does not run with the land on behalf of Defendant Oil & Gas Company against claim over right to drill and operate a saltwater injection well. 2012

    • Obtained Temporary and Permanent Injunctive Relief for Oil and Gas Producer against surface owner interfering with operations on property. 2012

    • Part of team that obtained summary judgment based on Rule Against Perpetuities defense in case over oil and gas surface use agreement. 2012.

    • Represented oil and gas producer and obtained injunctive relief in multiple cases involving company's rights to freely access surface property for oil and gas production. 2008-2012

    • Defended manufacturer of trailer hitch components against products liability claim in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas - Marshall Division, based on accident in which woman was struck in the face by broken trailer ball and mount during towing accident. 2011.

    • Defended oil and gas producer in claims alleging nuisance from drilling and production operations including operation of well site compressors. 2010-2011.

    • Obtained arbitration award in favor of Defendant manufacturing employer in Title VII Race Discrimination case arbitrated in Tyler, Texas and obtained dismissal in Federal Court of followup claim. 2010 and 2011.

    • Obtained $1.6 million verdict in Real Estate Fraud case listed in Verdict Search's Top Texas Verdicts of 2010.

    • Represented two families in two separate wrongful death and survivor cases against national truck leasing company in claims where fuel truck drivers were killed in accident. 2009 and 2010.

    • Obtained Summary Judgment in favor of Insurance Agency Defendant in United States District Court for Eastern District of Texas -- Sherman Division in Bad Faith Insurance case involving claim for theft and vandalism at commercial property. 2009.

    • Defended manufacturers of trailer towing components in multiple cases involving death or serious injury.
