Hired Law Firm

I used this firm for help with a business that I needed legal assistance with dealing with the franchise. The lawyer I was assigned to said that he could help me resolve the problem. I told him I had limited funds and in his “professional “ judgment to please limit my expense. He made 4 phone calls totaling less than 2 hours and sent 2 one page documents. The problem was never resolved and I received a bill for over 6000.00 dollars!! When I questioned him about the charges , he replied “ this is my minimum fee” . This is just not fair!! A lawyer should be fair and always work for his clients best interests!!! I feel I should have been made aware of the charges!
