I have been leaving messages on both Fort Worth and Dallas numbers, since May... Still haven't even received a phone call. James Childers was incarcerated May and as. Of this post, hasn't received more than a phone call from this lawyer. Which I can prove using jail phone records, as Mr. Childers is still locked up. His bond is too high to pay and no indictment has bee filed... Why is he still locked up and why is this Lawyer not doing anything about it? I don't know because, this lawyer hasn't even returned my many calls. Tomorrow, is December 7th and marks 191days that Mr Childers has been incarcerated without a bond reduction, a hearing, more than one 3 minute call with lawyer, a letter from lawyer, a visit from the lawyer, or an indictment from the state or county. This is a misjustus an a failure or the legal process. James Childers needs to be represented by council and not a none responsible attorney!
around 7 years ago i paid him $1300 dollars to help me enforce my child support order. He took this single parent's money and never did anything for the case.. He seemed like he was on my ex's side!..lol must have been a man thing. I strongly do not recomend! Elizabeth Torrez
