He said he would call me the day after consultation to let me know if he would take my case. I have not heard from him since.

I am very disappointment. He has been my lawyer for almost two years and I have no idea where I am in my case. The entire teams communication skills are awful. And they only care about the money they get. I would not refer him to no one. Find someone with your best interest at heart.
