Phenomenal Attorney and staff... Had a very quick closing, and needed someone who had the knowledge and could prevent hiccups....12 days later we closed without one issue or hiccup! Kept me in the loop every step of the way!
Particularly don't use for a 1031 exchange, attorney does not understand this and is little help to clients in getting paperwork, calculations, closing dates, etc. correct. Will not disperse rental funds at closing. Several days at a time cannot reach by phone.. Every mistake needs alot of explaining before accepting and fixing. Lacks procedures within office to keep track of transactions, money properly. My agent said one of the most disappointing experiences he has had in his 30 years.
Worse law firm ever used in a real estate transaction. Unresponsive, and non-apologetic for errors of their own making. The other recent review on here for a real estate transaction is dead on and I could not agree more. RUN and go to someone who appreciates your business, replies to you in a timely and accurate fashion. The only positive is the fees are on par with others but I gladly would pay more for competence
