I cannot say enough about this law firm. Both Phil Baity and his paralegal, Zan, are absolute professionals. They executed my case accurately, expeditiously, and with care. Given the sensitive and complicated nature of my case, I am fortunate to have had such a caring, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional attorney to represent me and my children.

Hired Attorney Mr. A. Baity

Phil helped me to amend a divorce that I had filed under a different lawyer. Phil worked with me and my ex to arrive at a much better agreement that benefited both me and my children. I feel that this was because Phil listened to what I needed and worked to obtain this. Phil also cost me much less than my previous attorney for a much better result. I am so pleased and satisfied with the outcome, that I recommend Phil to anyone needing legal assistance.

I would definitely recommend Baity Law Firm. Considering my situation Mr.Baity along with his Staff stayed in constant communication with me on any and all updates. Mr. Baity was open and honest with me throughout the process explaining to me all of the things I was not aware. Mr. Baity along with his Staff were very patient with me working hard to resolve my situation.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
