we had a principal agreed upon in this case that had a seperate case filed somehow was tied together with our case and subsequently the principal agreed to settle for 1/2 of what the judge awarded and if we did not agree God knows how much longer and if and what, the judge awarded double the award for damages, we did not get damages because the principle agreed to settle and of course we agreed but I was resentful as it was tied together with another suit that we were not aware of until the 11hr

Hired Law Firm

The paralegal in this office is rude and inefficient. Lost my file for 3 MONTHS,I waited another 2 month to get word back for the offer after which I follow up and am told that because they forgot to provide "Certain important information" my file would be delayed another month. Each time I speak with their paralegal there is another problem they have created. When I say something about it get "Every time you call you complain" I guess this is where professionalism came and died DO NOT USE THEM

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
