My case involved the adoption of my godson who now is an adult and also a foreigner. There were many problems involved: 1. The adoption of an adult. 2 The adoption of a foreigner. 3. A name change of the adopted. 4. Credentials of the adopted (fingerprints) in order to clear him of any problems of character or finance. Mr. Philip Andrew Duvalsaint cleared all of these obstacles leaving only the fingerprints which the Govt. of Florida won't accept those taken in a foreign country. I think that the service of Mr. Duvalsaint has been very professional and competent. I will keep him as my personal lawyer in Florida.
This lawyer did not know my case , ,did not respond to emails, was NOT AT ALL PREPARED FOR COURT, over charged and did not have the experience for what he was charging . I had to fire him because my case was completely upside-down and getting worse ! All of the positive reviews are from his peers all the negative ones are from client's. I am leaving this review to warn others not to make the mistake l made ! Because l wish someone had warned me .
Weak in court and does not know the law. Out of his league and dishonest. Does NOT return calls, and overbills. Did not get the job done and I fired him. Still trying to bill me unethically.
