I needed it cleared up and Michael did a very good job of getting this done for me in a timely fashion. Expert, compassionate, experienced, brilliant and caring. Without a doubt, the best in South Florida. From the time he promptly answered our call placed late on a Friday to the resolution of the fraud-filled accusations, Mr. Weinstein reduced the stresses of the frivolous attempt to extort money. I have used Michael multiple times in varying situations. Not only is Michael extremely knowledgeable when it comes to criminal law and procedure, he is also highly respected amongst his colleagues in the entire judicial system from judges to the state attorney's office. His ability to work closely with these colleagues, in my opinion, make him by far the most proficient attorney in Florida. He knows what he's doing and actually cares about his clients. If looking for the best Michael is it!

Michael Will tell you to show up to court early and show up on his own time hours later and tell you he was here before everyone and didn’t see you so he left. You can never get in direct contact with him when you need too, youll will be talking to his assistant who’s going to tell you “he’s busy”
