Hired Attorney Mr. Lawrence A. Hashish

There isn't an attorney who I know who can find a way to resolve a case scenario better than Lawrence A. Hashish. My case was about 12 years ago and Lawrence had about 3 years experience. My case had a three day suppression hearing with eight other co-defendants in a high profile smuggling aliens and drugs case in Federal Court. All the other lawyers where being smug and questioned the main two witnesses for less then 15-20 minutes. Lawrence was extremely prepared and studied gps coordinates in the ocean, tide movements. Lawrence questioned the main two witnesses for several hours each and proved that we were outside of the United States jurisdiction. And that they arrested me without sufficient evidence to make a full bloom arrest and that no exigent circumstances existed..The other attorneys where not being so smug any more . We were the only ones that won our suppression hearing. Mr. Hashish has represented me in both state and federal courts and he prevailed every single time.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
