How a Simple Case Turned into a 5-Year Nightmare with Roman Groysman: If you are looking for an attorney in Fort Lauderdale who will fight for you, communicate with you, or simply do the job they were hired to do—keep looking. Hiring Roman Groysman was the single most frustrating legal decision of my life. I am sharing my experience to save others from the stress I endured. What should have been a straightforward landlord-tenant dispute over a $10,000 security deposit turned into a five-year saga of incompetence and neglect. The 5-Year Ghosting Act I hired Roman Groysman to help recover a security deposit from a landlord who had no legal leg to stand on. This was a clear-cut case. Yet, instead of aggressively pursuing the return of my money, Mr. Groysman let this case drag on for five painful years. Communication was virtually non-existent. • He would never return calls. • Emails went into a black hole. • The only time I could get a response was if I threatened him.
