G.O.A.T. ! Legal Genius among mere mortals!! Stop looking! Call him! There is no other! For me, I needed an attorney that cared. Mark handled my case like we were family. He is honest, sincere and answered every question and responded quickly every single time I texted or called him. He was humble enough to recognize my participation when writing the Motion was crucial to being successful with the outcome of my case. I carefully selected three different attorneys but ultimately chose Mark because of his reviews. Not one negative review and I can confirm each review is accurate. Do not settle for less, that is exactly what you will get. Less. Not only did Mark successfully negotiate my motion with the State but in addition, as if that wasn’t enough, he successfully argued the termination of my probation with the Court. Just amazing. Hired Attorney Mark Eiglarsh

When I was pulled over for speeding a few months ago, the cop that pulled me over also got me on driving under the influence and when the cop searched my car, he found some drugs - nothing much, but enough for another charge against me. I called Mark Eiglarsh to represent me on these charges - I couldn't afford to lose my license over this, if I did, I would lose my job, too. He was able to get the drug charge dropped, he managed to get the DUI replaced with a fine - great work, I'm pleased.
