Franklin H. Sato is an associate in Wicker Smith's West Palm Beach office, handling a variety of civil litigation. Mr. Sato comes from a diverse background; born to a Japanese father and Chinese mother in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
In 2003, Mr. Sato graduated from East Carolina University with a Business Administration degree in Management and received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2008. Before joining Wicker Smith in 2012, Mr. Sato worked as an attorney for four years and excelled in contracts and warranties litigation, insurance defense, first party property claims, bankruptcy, commercial property claims, lemon law, and arbitrations.
Mr. Sato was admitted to practice in the state of Florida in 2008. He is an active member of the Broward County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Consumer Protection Committee for Florida Bar and Legal Aid of Broward County and Palm Beach County.
