Mr. Dan Sutherland Arnold III

I found myself being sued for the first time in my life. It was for an accident that I had in a company vehicle in which the other person was found at fault. The company told me that I would be covered under their insurance and lawyers. Both my company and myself are being sued and I wasn’t sure if I would need a lawyer for myself. When I was in another place of business getting tires,I found Dan’s card that was left for anyone that might need his services. I took the card and called. To my surprise Dan answered the phone himself and listened with concern. After hearing my story he said that I probably would not need his help,but that he would be there if I needed him. Then he took the information for the deadline for filing with the court, and said he would call a few days before to make sure I was covered. Dan did that not once but twice and even called the insurance agent handling the case to be sure. He never asked me for anything in return. I highly recommend Dan to anyone.
