Hired Attorney Mark Workman

My son was facing a restraining order and possibly no visitation with his son. We were pleased with the outcome of the hearing and feel he did a wonderful job representing my son and his rights as a parent. He and his staff seemed confident and they were all very courteous and compassionate.

Hired Law Firm

Workman represented that a lapse in excess of 90 days to file a letter advising a Deposit being withheld for reason was proper when the Colorado statutes dictated otherwise. Further he refused to represent me in Small Claims court when the Tenants filed suit on the issue.
He is fine and reasonably fast with standard boiler-plate filings, but don't ask for anything to be "investigated" in interpreting Colorado statutes.

i was found not guilty for child abuse , yet he allowed my name to be put on a registry for child abuse .. 18 years later i find out about it
