Weaver & Associates, P.C. is a law firm established in 1986 with an office in Fort Collins, CO. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing family law, collections, divorce and 24 other areas of law.
The team at Weaver, Gray and Associates is phenomenal! Their expertise in high conflict divorce and child custody helped me, and my child stay safe while navigating the legal system. Desiree Gray, and her assistant Katie did everything they could to help ensure that I got the best possible outcome in my divorce. Their knowledge and approach to family law exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for everything that they have done for me and my family. I highly recommend employing the talents of Weaver, Gray and Associates.
I have been a client for 5 years. Desiree is only interested in keeping conflict happening and is not capable of taking any cases to court. She recommends anything that keeps her out of court such, PRE, CFI and PCDM investigations/appointments. Desiree is not capable of taking charge and fighting for your parenting rights. Find someone else who takes responsibility for fighting for your parenting time and rights. Not worth your money and time!
Desiree Gray was my attorney, which I fired. The reasons I would not recommend this attorney are:
1. Unprofessional and unkept.
2. Poor knowledge of divorce proceedings and
3. Lack of legal advice
4. Unresponsive ( 2-4 days wait for her call back).
5. Wrote extremely lengthy emails on subjects that were not addressed by me, so she can bill more.
6. Unaware of court rules on children present during the conferences.
7. Wasted my time and money.
Unprofessional, lack of knowledge, inefficient, unresponsive, greedy attorney. After $3000+ wasted on her services, I had to hire a new attorney to amend all she did and didn't do.
Ms. Desiree Grey is unresponsive, lack of knowledge and expertise, greedy, unprofessional attorney. Wasted my money and time. Ended up hiring a new attorney to fix all she did and didn't do.
