Hired Law Firm

This law firm is not trustworthy. I brought someone with me to my consultation and Scott assured me he could get at least 2 of my 3 cases dismissed. He did no such thing. He didn't even represent me after the first two hearings. He pawned me off to his co worker Mike McCullough. This man is the most rude and unprofessional attorney I've ever encountered. Not to mention a giant bully! I'm very petite and he yelled at me like I was a juvenile delinquent and forced me into taking plea bargains that I didn't want to take. Resulting in mental and financially draining situations. $8000 thrown right down the toilet.

Hired Attorney R. Scott Reisch

The Reisch Law firm defended me in what they referred to as a "simple" case. In which they claimed they had handled "thousands" of similar cases. During the hearing the attorney presented little or no documentation, background, personal references or arguments. It was as if he did no homework or thought the case would win itself. I had/ have a clean background but lost my 2nd amendment rights and ability to attend family functions. In my opinion this firm should be avoided like the plague.
