James Martin has been our family attorney since 1991. Our relationship began with real estate transactions and have expanded to the list above. Mr. Martin possess the highest degree of integrity, instructs us on how to perform as a pro se complainant, and generally is one the smartest, nicest, most knowledgeable attorneys my household has ever worked with. This is based on my 20 plus years of experience as a mortgage broker.
This is a joke business; it’s not real. There needs to be a formal investigation into these types of “small firms”. This place is scamming people… literally the business model version of a wolf wearing sheep’s clothing except their prey is apparently our sweet, old senior community. How many of our aging parents and/or grandparents trusted guys like these with a will and all of their secrets… just for us to never know because they take them for themselves. One of the guys committed tax fraud/evasion and set up fake investment portfolios that had the money funneling into his bank accounts with someone else’s social security number and tried to claim insanity… and yet he’s still still sane enough to accept your social security information and personal data? These are the types of attorneys that make the real ones look bad. I called the number and a man answered “Hola”…. Nothing else… I had to drag out of him whether or not it’s an operable law firm still… he said yes eventually. SMH.
I know that these people are on my hit-list....
