If you had a #6 box i would give Ray all 6's. Ray was a top notch professional from the moment he answered the phone, providing me with clear guidance, instruction and past history in resolving similar conflict. He laid out the facts, explained his billing policy and provided me with comfort and assurance during a difficult time. He was readily available and answered any questions that arose during the entire process. In addition he kept me updated on every detail every step of the way.
