Denise Renee Ketchmark

The office is welcoming and very organized. It is composed of mainly females, which was comforting to see, as a female. The office always had my best interest in mind, and Ms. Ketchmark did everything she could for me. I never felt taken advantage of by her, financially or emotionally. She is very professional, but also approachable and kind-hearted. I highly recommend her to anyone I know in need of legal assistance

Denise is not someone who will advocate for you and she will purposefully work against you just to ensure she gets more money in her pocket! This woman should lose her license!

Attorney Ketchmark is motivated by money. You can google her name and see she tried to frame a Judge claiming she was pregnant by him and sued him for 4 million dollars. It turns out the child she got pregnant with was via artificial insemination. She will work hard for you if she thinks she can get a cut of money out of it. She lacks integrity and ethics. Her business is family ran and if you are entitled to funds she will outsource any services she can to get money for the other family members that are a part of her money scheming company. She also expresses no regard for her clients and acts as if the world owes her something. It is unbelievable she even has an attorney license as she lies.

She is a deplorable manipulative piece of human garbage. She has manipulated my husband into signing her as his guardian. She misrepresented herself & her intentions & she blatantly lied to him. She was assigned thru the VA fiduciary Hub to help us with our finances. She abuses her position & has placed restraining order to separate us. She filed for divorce & my husband didn't want a restraining order against me nor wants a divorce! Between his VA disability & SSI monthly checks clear over $4400 tax free & we have settlement for over $100,000 she refuses to give him any money lies about paying my debt that is non existent & never had. Had him declared incompetent without ever having him tested. Held hearing on his behalf without allowing him to testify in his own behalf. All illegal didn't pay any of our bills for 4 months & having us evicted. Filed restraining order 2 days after I was ejected from the court. Lies after lie, misconduct, manipulation & negligence... the list goes on!

Our family has experienced similar problems with Denise Renee Ketchmark. Rather than write a complaint on a ratings website please file a complaint directly with the Michigan State AG Office on Elder Abuse which is actively investigating this type of abuse. I was forced by court order to have her. She is a narcissistic Howard who bullies Miss treats persecutes and torments her clients. She locked me in a room four walls I got to look at never let me go outside never allowed me to go anywhere was not allowed to walk go and see my kids or any of my friends and family felt as though I was a prisoner at her control. She made sure to slow down my mobile wheelchair as though she felt she could make me powerless wasn't happening. Never recommend her!!!!

She allowed guitars worth over $5,000 to be stolen out of his house, and refused to prosecute the perpetrator, despite having hard evidence proving his guilt. She then allowed his home to be stripped of all copper and electric after his death. Then her employee emptied the garage of $50,000 worth of tool and machines. She is trying to frame my husband, with no proof. Dad went from walking around his block prior to her "care" to dead within a year. From dementia and diabetes? No, sepsis/neglect!

Was told by her assistant she has over 200 guardianship clients. Never even met her. Then I learned she has a 4 million dollar lawsuit against judge Hayman after having a 19 yr relationship and 2 children out of wedlock. Wtf? This woman should not be in practice! Especially with all the accusations of theft of funds and how she treated clients. She's a fraud!

Her actions are unconscionable, deplorable and supported by the court that appointed her in a way that appears to be extremely unlawful. Her guardianship/conservatorship of my mom has caused my mom to go from a vibrant happy human being to an almost unrecognizable invalid in less than 9 months. Ketchmark mandated that no picture/video is allowed of mom, by family, to document the extreme abuse and neglect at The Pines of Goodrich in which she was placed by Ketchmark, threatening police removal.
