Hired Attorney

Before hiring Kelsea Eckert, our insurance refused to pay our claim in full. They only offered a few hundred dollars. We got a settlement in full of over $12,000. It was definitely worth the attorney's fees.

Nightmare! A driver fell asleep, ran into our rig while at a stoplight, and the insurance company refused to total the truck resulting in 5 months of downtime for repairs. We hired Eckert & Associates. They have made us feel like, stupid, and have been called a nuisance, They even had an offer, but didn't bother calling. Instead I made another "nuisance" call and discovered it on my own. Ms. Suzannes condescending tone (probably from my accent) is clear, and no one understands my frustration when a conversation is ended with.....I'll check on that, and call you back" and i do not receive a return call, (I start calling, they talk to me like im an idiot. If you want no empathy, or compassion. If you don't want to feel a part of your own case, if you don't care if you know what is going on, If you don't care if you are represented, or treated as a human being whose life is upside down and looking for an attorney who just wants money, but leaves you confused

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
