Blankenship office was happy to take my money(1k) on the premise that I had no other experience of dealing with the grief of having a parent die suddenly and in intestate. Being the only next of kin to deal with the circumstances, I trusted the firm to guide me through this tough period. I may have meet with Mr. Blankenship for a total of 45 minutes over the last 2 years and the final waiver of settlement is just now being provided. I had very little direction from his "expertise".
