A decorated combat veteran, he returned stateside to become a SEAL instructor while simultaneously earning his bachelor’s degree. After nearly 12 years of military service, Monte set his sights on a new mission—the law. While in law school, he clerked at Odom Law Firm, where he spent two years proving that his work ethic, strategic thinking, and team-first mindset translated effectively to legal practice. After becoming licensed in Arkansas in 2010, Monte joined the firm as an associate and, in 2014, became a partner. Monte brings a SEAL team mentality to the firm’s litigation strategy.
