When going into court this lawyer was prepared, although he was very responsive when contacting him via email. My issue with Mr. Pegram was not consulting with me before making agreements with the opposite party and gaslighting me by saying “it was what we needed to do and it wouldn’t have been possible to get what I wanted” he agreeded to another party for me to get a psychological evaluation without my permission saying it was what I had to do to fight my case. Then says plus what does it matter if nothing was wrong. After court a few days later I addressed I never agreed to that and said he wasn’t standing up for me correctly he had me come into his office to discuss something charged me for the visit and fired me as a client I find him very arrogant and unprofessional. It was a new process and I feel as if I wasn’t consulted with things that had been done I went with Kathleen in Farmington instead and received 50/50 custody of my son. Choose wisely with the lawyer you choose.

Seth was NOT compassionate in the slightest. He did not do what I thought a lawyer I was paying a lot of money to, should. He would respond with BS like you'll never get that. It almost felt as if he was scolding me like he was my dad during court. Seth did not objection anything during the trial. I was very disheartened by his demeanor during court. I felt as if I was paying him to work for my husband. The entire office was very unprofessional. I never received important documents, because even though I had given them my address three times they still had the wrong address. I would not recommend this lawyer to my worst enemy!

Hired Attorney

He was unorgnized and had to ask for the basic information about my child several times. He made my child cry at every visit and threatened that the child would be taken away form her parent they were living with and givne to the other parent if they didn't agree to go for visits. He accepted the GAL position while he was representing one of the parties. That is unethical!!! He was finally removed frome the case. Waste of time, money, and damaged my child's trust and faith in any type of lawyer!!!!!!! Stay far away. He only knows how to raise his voice and tries to intimidate people.
