Hired Attorney P. Mark Accettura

Marc is knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to work with. He is trustworthy and thorough. He is an excellent attorney. He helped me and my spouse establish documentation that works around discriminatory laws that do not allow us to inherit each other's estates as would couples whose marriage is recognized by Michigan and Federal law.

This law firm ruined my life and I personally think it’s because I am black and a woman! Don’t trust Mark Accettura! He wrote a prenup to give me the house in case of divorce and took it back when my ex husband died. Relatives wanted to give me the estate and Mark Accettura convinced them to keep it knowing it would make me and my son homeless. He posted a photo of my ex husband’s belongings on his personal Facebook page to sell in an auction. I’m living out of my car because of this lawyer!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
