    Jeff obtained one of the largest reported workers’ compensation settlements in 2018 - a $2 Million dollar settlement for an individual who fell off a roof
    suffered paralysis. Workers’ compensation benefits were disputed based upon alleged employer premium fraud
    later statutory employment. This ranked as the 46th highest settlement in the entire State of Michigan.

    Jeff also obtained a $577,000 settlement in 2016 in Wayne County for a woman with a wrist/h
    injury that turned into chronic regional pain syndrome.
