Hired Attorney

David Landry represented Forest Hills Cooperative for over 25 years. During that time he expertly handles all related landlord/tenant issues, worked with and advised a volunteer Board of Directors, worked hand in hand with the managing agent and many federal and state agencies including the Department of Housing and Urban Development, local Ann Arbor CDBG office, etc. Mr. Landry worked diligently on our mortgage refinancing securing over 3.6 Million dollars used for much needed renovations of our 306 unit townhouse community. Not only is Mr. Landry a brilliant attorney he is a wonderful and personable man. Mr. Landry also represented me on many personal legal issues.
