Hired Attorney

ON 2.3.22 I fell on my right hp at his office. (I am visibly an old lady.) Upon entering his reception area I was greeted by a smiling staff member who motioned for me to turn right down a hallway. The wall between me and the hallway was chest high. I tried to turn but fell because she forgot to tell me there was a step right next to my right foot and I fell. The physician's diagnosis was tendinitis and I had physical therapy for two months. When I told Jeff about this, he suggested I call his insurance, Hartford, who said I should have watched where I was going!! However, he didn't acknowledge the incident nor did he offer anything in compensation. Now since then he has posted a sign there saying watch the step! It should have been there the day I fell.

Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
