Hired Attorney Dennis Pryba II

DO NOT HIRE DENNIS PRYBA! AVOID him at ALL COST! IF YOU HIRE HIM, YOU WILL REGRET IT! When I FIRST hired Mr. Pryba in 2013 to help with my bicycle automobile accident, in which I was on my bike and hit by an automobile, he was a RESPONSIBLE lawyer. AFTER we WON our automobile accident suit in 2018, he BECAME IRRESPONSIBLE! He STILL has my judgment money that was sent him by GEICO Insurance. I have called him multiple times at his office, on his cell phone, including emailing him and texting him with NO RESPONSE to ANY of my REQUESTS. On November 12, 2020, I called him AGAIN, leaving a message, that I needed to have the remaining $10 thousand dollars. In addition, I also informed Mr. Pryba that I will be reporting him to the Virginia State Bar Association. After waiting a two weeks, it is now November 30, 2020, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM! Unfortunately, HE has FORCED me into FILING a LEGAL COMPLAINT against him, Mr. Dennis E. Pryba II with the Virginia State Association.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
