Mr. Kublan has my absolute highest rating, this time on my divorce. I have no spousal support payments, no payments in arrears (I stopped paying support 6 months ago), no health insurance payments, no retirement benefits sharing, no social security benefits sharing, and in fact, no past or future payments or financial obligations of any kind at all!!! In addition to all that, my wife agreed to her adultery as the grounds for the divorce!

At my first visit I knew that my case was in good hands. I had a consult with Mr.Kublan during which he gave me information that gave me very high hope, in an area that was critical in my decision whether or not to even hire a lawyer. Upon checking, I concluded that information I was given was false. When I emailed him, with links, to the law, asking him to clarify what he gave me, he simply ignored it. After that, I think it was obvious I didn't hire him. Also, the contract they sent me obligated me to refill a retainer monthly, something I was not comfortable with. The whole communication was not personal, I felt like a cow to be milked.
We retained Andrei at a cost of $450 hour and got sub-par legal counsel. He pawned us off to associates several times due to his vacations and ultimately pressured us to settle for a much higher amount than we wanted. Also, the other side did not respect him as a lawyer and slipped in things into the final document that he did not catch. Terrible, costly experience.
