Hired Law Firm

We have had three closings with a Bank where Saulino & Silvia, P.C. is an approved law firm so they represent the bank on the Buy side. This last closing they were over a hour late to the closing, had multiple mistakes on HUD-1 caught by realtor and Sell side attorney. Had other mistakes about my wife's address on some of the bank forms. The attorney had difficulty explaining some of the forms and there fee was 20% higher than six months ago, over $1300.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
