Before my divorce I never had to use a lawyer. Will is very personable and the whole divorce from beginning to end took four months. I think the agreement he reached with my wife was fair and I am happy with it. If I had to get divorced again, I would use Will.
Ten years ago I got divorced. My former spouse and I lived about 20 minutes away from each other and share joint custody of our two girls who are now in high school. As the fall approached my Ex decided she wanted to move over an hour and a half away, take the girls to a new school, and throw our custody arrangement in the trash. Luckily I mentioned this situation to an acquaintance and she gave me Will's name. Will is a miracle worker, he stopped the move and I can still see my children.
He thought of issues in doing my Will that I would never of thought of. Very worthwhile seeing Attorney Driscoll.
Great lawyer. Tough, knowledgeable, accessible. I used him for a divorce that I had in the court in fall river. My former spouse seemed intractable on the issue of child custody, but somehow he worked it out so it did not drag on for months. I have also used him for some work dealing with business contracts. That work was not adversarial.
Attorney Driscoll got a modification to my divorce agreement which reflect my former spouses increased income and my increased expenses. I wish I had known about him when I originally got divorced. He is a great lawyer, but as important I can reach him and he will answer my questions and update me on how things were proceeding. I recommend him highly.
He is an excellent lawyer who is always there for his clients. He is willing to work with you and set up payment plans for people who cannot afford to pay the whole retainer at once.
