Hired Attorney David Knight

He was not knowledgeable when it came to protecting my vehicle. He said if I kept paying my regular car payments my credit company has no interest in taking my car. He advised me against doing a reaffirmation on the vehicle. He said the judge would not approve it anyway.
Well my Ford Focus was repossessed soon after my bankruptcy case was discharged. I was informed Ford Credit did not do pay and go for many many years already. He did not do his homework. Yet, he took my money!

Hired Attorney David Knight

Mr. Knight provided me with false information on reaffirming my vehicle He said I did not have do a reaffirmation. Make timely payments and no one wants your car.
