This law firm could not ever get documents correct on the first time. Consistently amounts of money, information, details of agreement would be wrong or completely unrelated to my case! Thereby costing me extra money each time to amend the documents. I specifically dealt with Valerie Hughes and her paralegal. It also took them a while to finalize any paperwork. When it was accurate, it was good work, which is why I gave them a 3.
This firm consistently got information wrong, amounts of money incorrect and details wrong when drafting and sending documents to opposing counsel. At times, the information was not even related to my case! This cost me extra money because of the changes that had to be made. Communication was not good and was never clearly understood nor double checked in order to ensure accurate understanding. However, after several drafts, they were accurate; thus I gave them a 3.
