Tate Fowler joined Chadwick Washington’s Fairfax office as an associate attorney in April 2025. He provides general counseling to community associations in a wide variety of issues, such as covenant enforcement, policy drafting, and governing document interpretation. Prior to joining the firm, he previously worked at firms practicing personal injury law and community association law.
Tate earned his law degree from the American University Washington College of Law in 2024 where he also served as a Note & Comment Editor for the International Law Review, and as a student attorney with the Glushko-Samuelson Intellectual Property Law Clinic. Tate is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Outside of work, Tate can be found frequenting every movie theater in the DMV, watching every Green Bay Packers game with the local Packers fan club, or spending some quality time with his wife trying new restaurants and coffee shops.
