Michael Olszewski is a director in the firm. His practice is primarily directed to the representation of health care providers in the defense of medical malpractice cases. Clients of Mr. Olszewski include hospitals, nursing homes, nurses, physician groups and physicians in a wide variety of specialties. Mr. Olszewski has extensive experience in defending health care providers in malpractice cases throughout Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and West Virginia. In 2012, he was named a Virginia Super Lawyer in the field of Medical Malpractice Defense. Only the top 5% of defense lawyers receive this honor. Also, his defense verdicts are listed in the Virginia Medical Law Report as being among the top defense verdicts in 2009 and 2010.
In addition to trial advocacy, Mr. Olszewski provides risk management and general healthcare law advice to his clients.
