Hired Attorney

Mr. Spivey represented me several years ago in a personal injury case. The other side offered a settlement which I was willing to take. Mr. Spivey convinced me to wait and ended up getting me three times as much money. He really looks out for his clients.

Mr. Spivey is sharp, strong, and assertive in the courtroom. He thinks on his feet as he responds on a dime to matters that arise quickly in the courtroom. He anticipates the actions and approaches of opposing counsel, and is quick to redirect irrelevant arguments. In our case, he very quickly and successfully neutralized an opposing attorney's attempt to distract the jury from the relevant matter. Mr. Spivey is an exemplary attorney that was great to have in our corner.
