Hired Attorney

I can't speak highly enough of Laila Raheen (as well as her paralegal Taryn Arp and the staff at Livesay and Myers, P.C.). I was overseas for an extended period when my now ex-wife notified me she no longer wanted to do a mediated divorce and I began receiving document requests from her lawyer. After reviewing attorneys in my area, I contacted Laila based upon her reputation as a knowledgeable and determined advocate for her clients. She walked me through the divorce process and provided excellent guidance on how to move forward. She was pro-active in identifying potential problems and acting to minimize their impact. Her comprehensive advice helped me to get a property settlement agreement that ensured visitation with my children; taking into account my frequent business travel. I feared my divorce would be a drawn out and difficult process but it was much easier and less stressful thanks to Laila. I feel fortunate to have had her as my attorney.
