Mark is great. From when I got my consultation until the time i get my charge expunged, Mark is my guy. He kept me well informed all throughout the process while making sure he was well informed about my specific case. On what was supposed to be my third DUI felony offense, he initially dropped it down to a misdemeanor 2nd offense DUI with a continuance...wouldn't give in to a guilty plea and continued again, and then while in trial, got my charge dropped down to a FIRST OFFENSE before GETTING T

Appears to know everyone and has a great bit of influence in the court system in the Northern Virginia area. I was facing a pretty serious speeding violation (serious enough to have needed counsel) and he made it go away...didn't even get any points.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
