A Prince William County native, in 2015 Allison was recruited to Liberty University as a scholarship member of their Public Policy debate team. In 2017 Allison was a national champion debater for Liberty, taking the title for most rounds won in the 2016-2017 American Debate Association season. Allison graduated in 2018 with a degree in criminal justice and strategic intelligence. She attended the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school she was a member of USD's moot court team and attended the Saul Lefkowitz national competition in 2021. At the competition she was awarded best brief and top oralist recognitions for the LA region.
Prior to returning to Virginia, Allison worked for the San Diego County District Attorney's office as a certified legal intern where she conducted preliminary hearings, motion hearings, and assisted with trials in SDCDA's Sex Crimes & Human Trafficking, Family Protection, and General Felony units. Allison was also a finalist in SDCDA's George Bennett competition which is an annual closing argument competition. Allison worked in family law as a pioneering member of USD's pro bono Women's legal clinic, where she worked on numerous protective order cases and won a contested guardianship trial.
