Hired Law Firm

Donald Latzer is the epitome of a corrupt and incapable attorney. His trial brief was disjointed and convoluted. He even passed the litigation portion of our case on to his associate (without our permission or knowledge) “Dwight” (an attorney ready to retire who wasn’t willing to sign a lease on his own)…who spent multiple hours regurgitating nonsense stories about his Vietnamese girlfriends, his current medical conditions and other BS in order to continue billing hours for nothing. Despite us performing 200 hours of work ourselves and giving this firm everything they needed to try the case appropriately, they called us in for pre trial briefings over and over just to create billable hours. My husband flew up fro LA to meet with them for no reason…over and over…days upon days. We confronted them multiple times about this. There was always an excuse to point fault at the other party, the judge, etc. Dwight could not call my husband’s ex wife by her name correctly. Total scammers.
