Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.Laura Shaver is an excellent defense attorney. She was very knowledgeable and skilled in working with the prosecutors in two different charges for our son. She was compassionate and always explained the options and legal process well. She communicated personally with me by text several times. Laura successfully managed to get the criminal charges reduced or dropped in both cases. My son respected her immensely and was very thankful for her legal assistance.
When you find yourself somewhere you never thought you would be facing a legal system you don’t understand and your life has changed forever, you need legal advice. You don’t always get to choose what happens to you, but choosing Laura Shaver to defend me was the right choice. Laura provided strong legal advice and leadership as well as hope to see a way through. She offered balance during emotional chaos and answered questions with strong legal advice and constructed a plan for defense. Laura is trustworthy and dependable as well as personable and builds relationships with her clients. Laura gains your trust through forthrightness and experience and understanding of law and the judicial system. She has confidence to push through as hard and far as necessary. I recommend Laura to anyone seeking help during a legal crisis.
Laura worked on an extensive case for my husband, she is one of the most attentive and responsive attorney's we've worked with. A fierce fighter for the constitutional rights of the accused, Laura is passionate about her work. She is knowledgeable, respectful and down to earth. We always recommend her for anyone needing qualified representation
Laura took over my case near the end of its conclusion when my original attorney couldn't continue for medical reasons. She was courteous, professional, and set my mind to some ease during a very difficult time in my life. I would highly recommend her.
Hi Folks, if you're reading this please stop and call Laura and hire her. She handled our Daughters case that was very challenging and she had it dismissed. She went to the end of the world and back for our Daughter and I couldn't recommend her more. I hope not to need Laura in the future but if I do I know I have a hard working, compassionate, well educated and awesome person to call. She's awesome and will be great for you!
Laura helped me with two charges-both were dropped. I would highly recommend her. My charges were assault and malicious mischief, but I don't doubt that she could handle most anything! Throughout the entire process, she was always articulate, determined, and extremely compassionate. Laura always appeared cool, competent, and ready to take on a challenge. It was hard for me to put my trust in someone, especially with such high stakes, but she completely delivered on everything she promised and even offered encouragement and personal support.
Laura Shaver goes above and beyond for her clients. She truly cares that justice is served and that both sides of the case are heard. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a Juvenile Defense Attorney.
She is very professional but also adds a type of care that makes you feel comfortable with her being at your defence. Highly rated for anyone trying to beat any kind of issue!
A DOC probation officer with a history of misconduct tried to revoke my parole three times. I hired three private attorneys, and Laura was the best of them. She wrote a strong defense brief and even used a public records request to force the prosecution to produce a document that helped my case. She’s creative and knows the law. But she was also a diva. She got irritated when I asked for basic updates, even though attorneys are supposed to keep clients informed. She ghosted me before the hearing and again afterward. I’d been burned by my first attorney, so I made it clear I needed to see every brief and exhibit before meeting the judge. When she tried to schedule that meeting without giving me the documents, I asked for a continuance. I got it—but then she disappeared for three months, held the hearing with minimal communication, and never returned another call or email. If you don’t need much communication, she may work for you.
