Hired Attorney

Mr Kinkade has made this process as easy and with the least amount of stress as possible. He answers all questions and returns my calls in a very quick manner. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I was embarrassed to have to do this but there was not one person who made me feel uncomfortable when called or visited the office. Great group and I highly recommend this attorney.

The office staff and Mr Kinkade always treated us with respect and never looked down on us. Mr Kinkade was very helpful and always returned our phone calls in the same day as we left the message if someone in his office was not able to help us.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
