She sometimes made egregious accounting errors which led to loss of conservatee's funds. Court documents she files also sometimes confused delegation of specific trust powers with the appointment of a delegate trustee, suggesting that the latter was required for the former (it is not), went out of her way to act on behalf of third parties who were acting contrary to conservatee's interests, and filed certain court briefs with strangely mixed-up numbering of sections. All in all, not always wrong, but highly unreliable.
