Time after time after time, my customers who have worked with Cordell's Heather Ogier just RAVE about how awesome she is. Who knew - a divorce attorney who really cares, is super-competent, honest, hard-working and fair. No, I won't get a divorce just so I can use Heather's services...but, I'm not introducing my wife to her. Ha. Seriously, she is JUST THAT GOOD.
I found Heather Ogier to be very unhelpful during my divorce. A divorce that should have taken minimal two months was drawn out over a year!! She missed deadlines and would not return my calls. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney!
Heather was the worst lawyer I possibly could have gotten. $12,000 into my case that should be done and she still has not accomplished anything. She is extremely rude, she lies, doesn't answer emails, double bills, and has made this a living hell. I hired her specifically because she's at a fathers rights law firm, and she got me nothing that I wanted, she did not fight for me whatsoever. She got me nothing more than what I'm legally owed and actually hasn't fixed my orders and it has been EIGHT
I used this attorney for my divorce. She seemed reasonable in the beginning, however kept adding thousands of dollars in extra fees. A divorce that should have taken months took almost a year! She did not return calls and was always "out of the office."
Takes forever to finish divorce paperwork. I have settled now with my ex wife four times on paper and then Ogier turns it all around and wants to rewrite the divorce decree. I would not recommend. One year to do a simple divorce means money, money, money.
