Early on in his legal career, Jinoo knew it would be important to obtain an intimate knowledge of the court system. He worked as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Charles D. Carlson before completing work in the public sector as a trial lawyer & prosecutor for the Lane County District Attorney. Estate Planning & Probate Attorney. Routinely, attorneys entrust their clients to Jinoo as a "straight shooter” specializing in: (1) trust-based estate planning + (2) probate administration. With his notably effective communication skill & emotional intelligence, Jinoo gets the job done with both command presence & compassion. Outside the Office. Jinoo enjoys volunteering his time in service to numerous boards statewide, including: (1) Oregon Board of Professional Responsibility (discipline of attorneys accused of ethics violations) -AND- (2) President-Elect of the Lane County Bar Association. He is a 4th degree black belt in Judo. Jinoo’s greatest accomplishment are his children—graduates of Marist High School, UW & Wheaton College—whom he raised together with his wife of nearly 30 years.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
