When to pay balance of the account?

Answered by attorney Ronald William Lyster (Unclaimed Profile)
Estate Planning lawyer at Lyster, Inc.
If you have been the one causing the delay in preparing the Exhibit A, then yes, you do owe the balance.  If the attorney has been at fault (you have given him everything he needs in a timely manner), then just wait to pay the bill until the Exhibit A has been done.
