I have a trust but would like to make some changes, can this be done?

As long as it's revocable and the trust language allows you to amend it and/or restate it can easily be done. The new attorney will most likely want to restate the entire trust just keep the original name.

What is my claim to a property that I've taking care for nearly two years that was given to me by my father before he died?

Under Florida intestacy law, your mom as surviving spouse gets half the house and the children get the other half. If your sibling agree, they can assign their interests over to you. You will have to buy out mom. If you expended your own funds to maintain the home, you should file a claim in the probate court and get a credit toward your costs.

What rights do I have to my life partners estate? How?

Answered by attorney David Goldman
Estate Planning lawyer at Law Office of David M. Goldman PLLC
There is no common law marriage in Florida. Any assets that were his are not yours. Technically they should be appointed as the PR by a court before being able to take his possessions.
