I do not know what a free will is. If you want to make a last will and testament in Missouri, you should have an attorney draft and execute it.

How do I get my wife's name on the title?

Answered by attorney David L. Leon
Estate Planning lawyer at David L. Leon, P.C.
If you've paid off the mortgage, you can issue a deed. If you haven't paid it off yet, you can get written permission from the bank first, and then issue a deed. A title company or law office should be able to do this inexpensively.

Do I have to leave each child something when I do my estate planning?

Absolutely not. However you should absolutely contact an estate planning attorney in your area as soon as possible. If you die without having a will, trust, or estate plan in place in California a portion of your estate will go equally to all of your children.
