Mr. Adams himself is top notch. Because he has more volume of client than he can adequately serve by himself, he has many support staff who protect him from direct client contact after the first or second face to face meeting. He is almost impossible to reach by phone as his assistants demand to know the reason and proceed to assist and answer questions so that you cannot reach Mr. Adams without being very rude and demanding to do so.
